Terry has over 30 years of experience in senior origination roles in the commercial mortgage sector, including time at Edeus, Providence Financial, Chase, Charterhouse and Grays Inn Capital.
At Lendy, Terry will be responsible for building the P2P platform’s key relationships with brokers and developers across the property lending sector.

The appointment follows the recent hires of Kieran O’Connor as chief financial officer and Michael Perry as a BDM.
