Lendy continues hiring spree
Pritchard (pictured) joins the peer-to-peer property platform from Channel Equity Finance where he was managing director.
He has over 30 years of experience in senior origination roles in the commercial mortgage sector, at firms including Edeus, Providence Financial, Chase, Charterhouse and Grays Inn Capital.
“We are delighted to welcome Terry to Lendy at a crucial stage of the company’s expansion,” said Lendy chief executive Liam Brooke.

“Terry’s move to the P2P sector is even more significant given his track record at high profile institutions. His move highlights how important the P2P sector is in property funding, and how much it has matured and established itself.”
The appointment follows the addition of Kieran O’Connor as chief finance officer and Michael Perry as business development manager.
Lendy said that Pritchard will be responsible for building key relationships with brokers and developers across the property lending sector.
“The P2P sector is now playing a significant role in getting finance to developers – it’s now the place to be to get deals done,” said Pritchard.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to deliver lending that gets spades in the ground, and delivers returns to Lendy’s investors.”
