The property platform said it was responding to investor demand by launching a 60-day access account paying up to 6% pa and a 365-day access account paying up to 10% pa.
Both accounts will operate under the platform’s new brand Lendy Wealth.
The accounts are being soft launched and will be available at Lendy Cowes Week via introducers only.
Lendy Wealth has been designed for sophisticated investors – by invitation only – who are asset-rich but time-poor.
The platform aims to provide a market-leading rate of interest through investment in a diversified range of secured property loans managed by a dedicated account manager.

Features of the Lendy Wealth60 account include:
• money invested in a diversified and managed property investment portfolio, in accordance with Lendy’s standard lending criteria
• the account provides access to an investor’s capital with 60 days’ notice in normal market conditions
• suitable for investors who are looking for a good return on a shorter-term investment, where speed of access to their money is important
• minimum investment £50,000, minimum withdrawal £5,000
Features of the Lendy Wealth365 account include:
• money is invested in a highly diversified and actively managed property investment portfolio, in accordance with Lendy’s standard lending criteria
• the account provides access to investor’s capital with 365 days’ notice in normal market conditions
• this account is suitable for investors who are looking for a high return, where speed of access to their money is not a priority
• minimum investment £50,000, minimum withdrawal £5,000
